Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AZ Turf Cleaning website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or request our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Services

AZ Turf Cleaning provides turf cleaning, turf installation, turf repair, hardscaping, sprinkler systems, pergola construction, fire pit installation, outdoor kitchen builds, landscape remodels, and related outdoor services in the Phoenix metro area. The specific scope of work for each project is determined through individual consultation and outlined in the project quote provided to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Services are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by AZ Turf Cleaning are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary if:

  • Site conditions differ from what was observed during the initial assessment
  • The customer requests changes to the original scope of work
  • Unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of the project (such as hidden utility lines, subsurface issues, or code compliance requirements)
  • Material costs change significantly between the quote date and project start date

Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to the customer and approved before additional work is performed.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project scheduling is based on availability and is confirmed in writing (email or text). We make every effort to begin and complete projects within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, schedules may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions, including extreme heat or monsoon storms
  • Material availability or supply chain delays
  • Permitting requirements or inspection schedules
  • Unforeseen site conditions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
  • Ensure reasonable access to the work area on scheduled service dates
  • Disclose any known property issues, including underground utilities, irrigation lines, or drainage systems
  • Secure pets and remove personal items from the work area prior to our arrival
  • Obtain any necessary HOA approvals or permits required for the project (unless otherwise agreed upon)

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in the individual project quote or agreement. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept payment via check, cash, and electronic payment methods as specified in your quote.

Liability

AZ Turf Cleaning carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work outlined in the project agreement. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage or conditions on your property not related to our work
  • Damage to unmarked underground utilities, pipes, or cables
  • Issues caused by third-party work performed before or after our services
  • Natural wear and tear, weather damage, or acts of nature following project completion
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Warranty

AZ Turf Cleaning stands behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and are communicated in your project agreement. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and installation under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or lack of maintenance
  • Damage caused by third parties or unauthorized modifications
  • Normal wear and tear or natural aging of materials
  • Damage resulting from extreme weather events or acts of nature
  • Issues with materials not supplied by AZ Turf Cleaning

To make a warranty claim, contact us at azturfcleaning@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photos if possible. We will assess the claim and respond within 5 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website -- including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements -- is the property of AZ Turf Cleaning and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You may not:
